- Secretarial requirements & administration
- Coordinate and organise clinic appointments
- Liaise with GPs, other health professionals and their teams
- Liaise with patients & relevant third parties
- Process payments, accounts & banking
- Manage CRM & database systems
- General Health & Safety
- Complete transcription & the typing of documents
- 1-2 Years experience in similar role
- Great computer skills in various software programs & databases
- Record of dealing with medical terminology, procedures & diagnosis
- Excellent customer service skills
- A positive can-do attitude
- Impeccable written, verbal communication
- Ability to multi-task in times of pressure and stress
- High attention to detail
- High level of organisational skills & time management skills
