Warrnambool Obstetrics and Gynaecology are looking for a receptionist to join our multi-disciplinary practice. The applicant must have proficient customer service skills, excellent communication and organisation skills, is motivated and willing to learn. Previous medical reception experience is advantageous, but not essential. The following selection criteria is desirable: Proficient computer skills. Time management skills. Communication and customer service skills. High standard of presentation. Initiative. Key Responsibilities: Meet and greet patients. Schedule appointments. Patient billings. Phone calls and enquiry. Liaise with doctors, staff and health professionals. Daily banking. Correspondence.
