Qualifications & experience
- Relevant experience in reception, customer service, marketing roles, or office administration.
- Moderate IT skills, including basic computer setup, networking, and familiarity with medical practice software.
- Desire to progress in your career with support, and commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Fluency in spoken Chinese is considered a significant advantage and bonus.

Tasks & responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service to patients, including inquiries, greetings, check-ins, triage, and appointment management.
- Confidently and independently manage the front desk to ensure the safety and professional appearance of the clinic.
- Utilizing marketing skills to promote doctors and increase appointment numbers.
- Offer customer service support to GPs, allied health professionals, and nurses.
- Handling general office administration tasks such as email management, faxing, document handling, and billing management.
