About the Role: This is a permanent part-time role with 32-36 hrs available and offers a dynamic opportunity within this leading healthcare group. The ideal candidate will:

• Warmly welcome and check in patients with professionalism and friendliness.
• Manage patient appointments to ensure a smooth office flow.
• Handle patient care plans, including appointments and financials.
• Participate in patient education initiatives.
• Maintain office stock and supplies.
• Prepare examination rooms for patient visits.
• Liaise with the support team for patient care.
• Build relationships with other healthcare providers.

Hours: Permanent Part-Time: Mon - Thu (32-36hrs)

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous experience in a medical or healthcare office setting is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently within a team.
• Customer Service background will be highly desirable
