Medical Receptionist

Medical Receptionist required part time/casual 2days per week additional days if required, must be willing to travel between clinics (Miranda-Kogarah).

Eligible applications needs to be able to display:

• Flexible with days and willing to do extra hours
• genie knowledge is advantage
• Previous experience preferred but not essential(willing to learn) training will be provided.
• Good communication skill(Mandarin speaking is advantage)

Your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting and greeting patients in a professional and courteous manner
• Scheduling patient appointments
• Invoicing, receipting, and end of the day reconciliation and banking
• Scanning correspondence and results into medical files
• Ensuring the upkeeps and tidiness of office.
