We're currently seeking a passionate and experienced Medical Receptionist to enhance our dynamic team. This role offers a blend of part-time flexibility with the potential for full-time engagement, ideal for those seeking to contribute to a high-functioning and fast-paced medical practice.

Your Role & Responsibilities;

• Be the welcoming face and voice of our practice, assisting patients directly or over the phone.
• Maintain the highest level of discretion and patient confidentiality.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, handle general inquiries, schedule appointments, and manage call direction with professionalism.
• Take charge of preparing invoices, processing payments, and ensuring smooth operational flow.
• Work closely with our medical and administrative teams to provide seamless patient care.

We're Looking For,

• A solid background in a medical practice setting, with a professional and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities.
• Availability to work within our operational hours (Monday - Friday: 7am-8pm; Saturday - Sunday: 7:30am-2pm).
