Opportunity for a Customer Service Superstar to join the Reception team at our busy, friendly GP Practice in Mona Vale NSW.
Medical Reception/Customer Service
- Customer service experience - Medical/Healthcare preferred but training provided
- Based in central Mona Vale NSW
- Casual contract
Within this busy customer facing role you will be providing a high level of customer service, reception and administrative duties.
On a day to day basis your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Providing a high level of customer service to patients, liaise with practice staff
- Welcome patients and manage new patient registration
- Manage telephone/email enquiries/appointment bookings etc
- Data entry for record/billing purposes
- Mail/scanning/filing
- Online booking/patient recall system
- End of day settlement of payments/ Medicare claims processing/Hicaps
- Inventory management, ordering stock and office supplies
Our ideal candidate will:
- Have prior experience in Medical reception role (preferred)
- Live locally
- Be flexible with work hours (able to back-up leave etc if required)
- Be friendly and professional, maintain confidentiality at all times
- Have a strong customer service focus
- Have proficient computer literacy (essential)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to work in a busy environment, multitask and have the ability to prioritise
- Be proactive, highly organised, self-motivated with high attention to detail
