Medical Receptionist

We are seeking to recruit an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team.

Redlands Clinic is an established medical practice located in the beautiful Bayside suburbs of Cleveland and Wellington Point with a strong history of excellent patient care to the local community.

Responsibilities:

• An emphasis on customer service.
• Answering incoming calls and emails timely and professionally.
• Booking appointments and managing multiple diaries.
• Managing multiple tasks
• Able to work in a busy environment
• Medicare and private billings

Qualifications:

• Professional, polite manner with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management with ability to prioritize tasks set.
• Experience in General Practice Administration
• Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience working with practice management software, preferably Best Practice and HotDoc. 
• Be well presented.
