CoolKid Psychology is a Private Practice in Bayside. We seek an additional team Client Support team member to join our passionate and dynamic team. The position is for 2 days hours per week between 8:30-5pm. We will train you to our systems and provide ongoing support.

The Role:
CLIENT SUPPORT:
- Diary management for clinicians
- Responding to phone and email enquiries from current and prospective clients
- Completing intake for new clients
- Ensuring all relevant documents/forms are provided to clients as needed
- Liaison between clients and clinicians
- Liaison between clients and external services
- Supporting clients and clinicians regarding invoicing, receipting and Medicare rebates
- Ensure the smooth day to day running of the clinic, with multiple clinicians on site simultaneously
- Liaising with other allied health professionals
- Assisting the Office Manager and Clinic Director with administrative aspects related to the running of the clinic
- Navigating our Practice Management Software system (Halaxy)
- Supporting the Director and clinical team members to implement new therapeutic services and programs
