AddressFront desk reception role - 3 days
3 days a week: Monday, Tuesday and Friday. Hours are 8am-5pm. This is a permanent position.
This position is available with immediate start (with some flexibility) and full training provided.
UNFORTUNATELY, WE CANNOT OFFER ANY VARIATION ON THE DAYS WE REQUIRE FOR THIS ROLE.
We are a vibrant and friendly team in an established practice consisting of well respected ophthalmologists and orthoptists.
We are seeking a new staff member to complement our current team with their kind nature, welcoming attitude, and energetic presence. The practice prides itself on supporting staff and providing a happy and positive workplace.
The position requires the following skills:
- Previous medical reception experience (preferable but not essential)
- Knowledge of Genie medical software (preferable but not essential)
- Knowledge of some medical terminology (preferable but not essential)
- Excellent organisational skills and work ethic
- Ability to perform well in a dynamic fast paced environment
- Demonstration of high levels of initiative and motivation
- Patient empathy
- Computer literacy
The successful applicant will be rewarded with a supportive and dynamic work environment as well as a remuneration package which includes paid public holidays, personal leave, annual leave, and superannuation. The hourly rate of pay is above the award wage and will be dependent on experience.
