We are looking for someone to join our team in our Mildura Office. The successful candidate will be integral in maintaining our commitment to quality health care and patient service.
To be successful the candidate will have the following attributes:
Willing to develop the necessary skills to become a Medical Receptionist at an Ophthalmology Practice.
Previous medical administration experience would be well regarded, but not essential, as full training will be provided
High standard of presentation, punctuality, and positive attitude towards work
Exceptional people skills
Good organisation and time-management skills
Attention to detail
The ability and willingness to learn new skills
Ability to remain calm whilst working under pressure
The key responsibilities are:
Medical Reception and General administrative duties relating to patient care
Assisting our other staff in administrative duties
Assisting our doctors with minor procedures/injections (in room)
The position will be classed as part-time. Some flexibility in hours will be required as start times will vary and there will be early starts on some weekdays and will need to be available for some Saturday morning clinics. A roster will be available at the interview
