We are seeking highly-motivated and experiencedMedical Receptionist / Administration Officers to join our Next Practice family. Full-time and part-time positions are available at our West End and Albion clinics.

This ideal candidate will have:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to be able to: Greet patients, answer phone calls and liaise with practitioners.
- Proficient IT skills: Using the practice management software to schedule appointments, processing payments using tyro/eftpos, sending/replying to emails and other administrative tasks.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist desirable
- Motivated and driven to achieve goals.
