AddressDevelopmental Paediatrics is a highly successful, private specialist paediatric practice in Bondi Junction, with a multidisciplinary team of over 35 specialists and allied health professionals.
As a result of our strong growth, we are seeking an experienced, confident, vibrant and motivated part or full time Medical Receptionistto join our wonderful admin team.
Key responsibilities:
- working with team members to deliver exceptional patient service and care
- scheduling appointments and managing oversight of multiple clinician diaries
- greeting patients and answering incoming calls
- billing and receipting patient accounts
- maintaining a tidy and well-presented reception area
- various administrative tasks
Skills and attributes:
- minimum of 2 years medical reception experience
- available minimum 21 hours per week
- confident, positive and friendly disposition
- organised with high attention to detail
- thrives on delivering exceptional service to patients and clinicians
- communicates and handles pressure well
- empathic
- uses initiative and enjoys problem solving
- team player who also enjoys working independently
- strong IT skills, including MS365 proficiency and medical practice software experience is preferred
