Form of work- Manage patient flow within a busy doctor's clinic
- Be customer service focused
- Liaise with internal and external service providers to facilitate efficient daily operations

- Complete a variety of administrative tasks as needed on a daily basis
- To work approximately 17-20 hours per week, must be flexible to fill in
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
- 1 year experience in medical administration
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Good time management skills and ability to demonstrate initiative
- Ability to work autonomously in a busy team environment
- Professional and courteous manner
- Excellent communication and literacy skills
- Ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion

- On the job training
- To commence as soon as possible
- Three - four permanent shifts per week, plus fill ins. 17-20 hours.
