At Complete Children's Health, we have 12 skilled Pediatricians and two bustling sites in Melbourne. Our Specialist Practice is always buzzing with activity, and our two locations are closely connected, emphasising the importance of seamless communication between our team members.
As a Medical Receptionist, you'll play a crucial role in managing the varied daily operations of our practice. Your responsibilities will include warmly greeting and assisting patients, efficiently scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records and accounts. You'll also contribute to the overall patient experience by optimising appointment scheduling and ensuring our young patients and their families feel cared for and supported throughout their visits.
You should have at least 2+ years of experience as a Medical Receptionist in a similar medical setting to excel in this role. Familiarity with Genie medical software and a strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite will be essential to navigating our practice's administrative tasks effectively.
