About you…
- Reliable and experienced Receptionist with a minimum of 1 year of experience in General Practice .
- Drive and passion to work in a stimulating environment and learn the day-to-day operations of a busy Practice.
- Enjoy working with people, have strong communication, leadership and telephone skills.
- A positive, organised and proactive attitude
- High level of attention to detail
Hours-
Mon- Fri - 9am - 5 pm or 8 am - 4pm
About the role…
This role is suited to an experienced Receptionist who enjoys working with people, has clear and concise communication skills and understands the day-to-day operations of a General Practice Medical Centre.
In this role, you will learn to lead from the front, put people first, enjoy a team environment, be trained and supported, and rewarded for your hard work.
You will ensure that the delivery and standard of customer service and Medical One processes, and procedures are maintained at a high level.
Accurately maintaining patient records
Our Medical Centre is a modern General Practice with state-of-the art facilities and Zedmed software is in use (software training will be provided).
