In this role, you are the primary representative of our practice.
We are looking for someone who is courteous and professional with patients and our associated health professionals. This role is suited to someone who is enthusiastic and able work autonomously and efficiently.
MUST HAVE Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can-do attitude
- Friendly and approachable
- An ability to demonstrate a clear understanding of the importance of patient confidentiality.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to multitask.
Desirable Experience (but not necessary):
- Experience with Medical Director software
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Front desk including all administration duties.
- Patient management; greeting and welcoming patients, answering phone enquiries, making and confirming appointments.
- Processing and receipting payments
- Incoming and outgoing correspondence
- General housekeeping and upkeep of reception area and consulting rooms.
This is a casual role, with the view to transition into part-time.
