SalaryOur busy specialist medical practice is looking for a medical receptionist to work approximately 2-3 days per week. The role will be based at a very busy front desk and will require the candidate to have the following skills:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional, polite & efficient phone manner
- Ability to multi-task
- Great attention to detail
- Computer literacy skills
- Good initiative
- Effective communication skills
- Good teamwork skills
- Previous experience with Medilink medical software advantageous
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Reception duties
- Invoicing and billing of patients
- Management of IT issues
Approx 2-3 days per week. There is some flexibility required in being able to work different hours, as and when necessary. This is a small practice, so the ability to work well with colleagues is important.
