Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design projects from concept to final artwork.
- Implement a brand style guide for consistent standards.
- Develop standout design concepts across print and digital platforms.
- Create print-ready marketing materials and signage.
- Design engaging digital campaigns for social, eDMs, and web.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of design trends for fresh and innovative ideas.
- Provide creative direction for photo shoots.
- Support general marketing initiatives as needed.
What You'll Bring:
- Minimum 3 years experience in graphic design, preferably in retail or hospitality.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Experience in print, web, eDM, and social media design.
- Basic knowledge of food styling for photography.
- Animation/motion graphic skills are a plus.
- Strong layout, typography, and attention to detail.
- HTML5 design skills for web and digital ads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Up-to-date on design standards and trends.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn and grow.
- Self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for producing exceptional work.
