About the role
The Minor Construction Supervisor is required to deliver all aspects of minor civil construction, maintenance and repair of assets to the community and The City of Coffs Harbour.
The successful candidate will positively and effectively manage their team's day to day activities to ensure the efficient and safe delivery of Minor Construction works.
Proven experience in civil construction, small team leadership, budgeting, and administration of maintenance activities is required to be successful in this role.

- A sound understanding of the WHS Act & Regulation 2011.

Essentials Qualifications and Experience
- Certificate IV in Civil Construction or equivalent.
- National Construction Induction Certificate (White card).
- Demonstrated experience in civil construction and maintenance including experience in concrete works.
- Demonstrated relevant leadership experience at a similar level.
- Class MR Drivers licence.
Desirable
- Traffic Controller Certification (formally Blue Card).
- Implement Traffic Control Plans certification (formally Yellow Card).
- First Aid/Resuscitation Certificate.
- Chainsafe - Chainsaw Module 1.
- Working near power Exemption Certificate (Formally 5099).
