Harrier is excited to be partnering with one of the largest global providers of hospitality services to support their talent agenda. Fundamental to their ongoing success, our customer will leverage the partnership with Harrier to pipeline and hire their very own talent for tomorrow.
Due to rapid growth, we are looking to hire experienced Mobilisation Coordinators, based in Perth, to join an existing team of Mobilisation Coordinators and Talent Acquisition Specialists.
Whilst these positions are initially offered on a short-term contract basis, genuine on-going opportunities exist for the right candidates.

Qualifications
Our ideal Mobilisation Coordinators will bring the following attributes and capability to this dynamic and powerful hiring hub:
- An ability to provide all facets of mobilisation to meet future project requirements such as labour pool management, medical, training & induction bookings, resource forecasting, accommodation & flight bookings, site access compliance and roster management
- Adaptable to constant changes in work schedules and candidate volume depending on day-to-day project requirements
- Confidence to work closely with site management teams to offer a seamless onboarding and mobilisation process to new hires
- Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong problem solving skills with the ability to solve issues as they arise, and in an efficient and professional manner
