An exciting opportunity is now available to coordinate a project to develop and implement appropriate review pathways for low risk research and quality improvement activity projects:
- Fixed term contract (12 months), 0.8 EFT (30.4 hours per week).
- Based at 553 St Kilda Road, Melbourne.

About the Role
The Project Manager – Clinical Research, Low Risk Research Review Pathways project, will:
- Scope current processes in relation to review pathways for low risk research and quality improvement activity.
- Engage stakeholders and co-design streamlined review pathways.
- Support pilot implementation of streamlined review pathways.
- Support Monash Partners clinical research activities.
About You
The professional, tertiary qualified candidate we are seeking will be an experienced Project Manager with the ability to engage stakeholders and build relationships. Knowledge and experience with regulatory/ethics/governance processes will be highly regarded. Superior communication skills (written and verbal), including a proven ability to produce a range of clear, succinct documentation and interact with a diversity of colleagues are essential. The role requires sound analytical and problem-solving skills, along with demonstrated high-level organisational skills, including the ability to set priorities, manage time, plan work to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
What you need:
Tertiary qualification in Medical, Health Sciences or any related degree together with extensive project management and stakeholder experience. Experience with regulatory/ethics /governance processes advantageous.
