The PlanPac team are diverse in skills delivering building design, town planning, project management and contract management to our clients with a comprehensive end-to-end approach focusing on quality inclusive building & infrastructure developments.
Due to the growth of our business, we have Multiple Positions available to join our team across our operations in Townville, Port Moresby and Suva.
General Manager (TSV)
As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in steering the organisation to new heights. Your strategic acumen and proven leadership abilities will be instrumental in driving business operations, including developing and executing a robust growth strategy to propel the company's local and international market presence.
Assistant Project Manager (TSV)
The Assistant Project Manager (APM) position will support our Project Managers in the smooth delivery of projects from Planning, Execution, Performance Management to Closure. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain end to end exposure to the full life cycle to our business.
You will play a key role in supporting the team with the administration and delivery of projects including managing project accounts, authority approvals, tenders and contractual review processes and scopes of work.
Program | Project Manager (PNG | TSV)
We are looking for an experienced Program| Project Manager to lead the implementation of quality and impactful programs across projects in Papua New Guinea. You’ll be involved in all stages of project delivery including procurement and preparation of tender documentation, design reviews and construction project management.
Tender / BID Officer (TSV)
We are looking for a Tender / BID Officer to join our team in the Townsville office. In this role you will support tender response process, including supporting the BID Coordinator in proposal development, project scoping, creating or finalising budgets, the provision of advice and interpretation of tender requirements and relevant internal and external compliance.
You will have a strong background in Tenders/BID and have had previous exposure to the development and production of tenders, capability statements, expressions of interest, proposals, reports or other company documentation.
Finance Officer (TSV)
We are looking for a Finance Officer to join our team in the Townsville office. The position will assist the Financial Controller to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, accounting standards and internal policies and procedures of the business in Australia, PNG and Fiji, including financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting.
The key responsibilities for this role will include but not limited to:
- Accounts receivable and payable reconciliations and payments
- Develop and maintain robust compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Multiple bank(s) reconciliation and assisting with cashflow reporting.
- General Ledger, intercompany and month-end reconciliations.
- Create and process invoices
- Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
- Managing internal and external queries
- Payroll administration
- Ad hoc duties as required
- Leasing with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining financial records accurately
As the successful candidate, you will demonstrate strong leadership capability, proven relationship building and people management skills, complemented with well-developed communication, interpersonal and influencing abilities.
