Currently seeking a passionate Account Manager with experience within the Electronic Security indusrty to manage customer relationships nationally.
Reporting to the General Manager Electronics, you will operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to customer accounts including negotiating contracts, sales, processes and maximising profits.
This role is based in Concord but includes being on road seeing customers and some occasional interstate travel.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Managing quotes for relevant accounts (from $1-$1,000,000)
Communicating all correspondence from the client back to the business and vice versa
Preparing and negotiating projects and contracts with relevant accounts
Ensuring that all departments responsible for actioning client needs are following through
Actively pursuing new ways to invest our services with existing clients
Establishing and building strong working relationships with relevant accounts and business leaders
Developing both short and long-term solutions to client needs
To be considered for this role you will need to possess the following:
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Highly self-motivated, enthusiastic team player.
Goal-focused, results-driven individual who is customer focused.
Electronic Security Industry experience with a working knowledge of CCTV, Intruder Alarms and Access Control Systems.
Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Hold a current NSW driver's licence.
Hold a current NSW class 2AB Security Licence
