Your new role
Develop business opportunities with new and existing clients and support the National Public Sector Director in the achievement of business plans and projects.
Key Duties:
You will be responsible for the following;

• The end to end tender management process for Australia
• Being an internal subject matter expert for tender related enquiries
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with key internal stakeholders / Heads of Division
• Researching recruitment industry market trends and innovations to implement in tender responses
• Receiving tender notifications and distributing to relevant internal stakeholders
• Writing, updating and maintaining the tender library and tender templates
• Maintaining the currency of online bids portal
• Liaising with key internal stakeholders and departments to maintain knowledge of company operations

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor degree in Communications, Marketing or Legal
• 5+ years experience in Bid Management within Recruitment, Legal or Professional Services .
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• High level of written and spoken communication
• Customer service and administration experience
• Knowledge and/or experience of the sector or business line
• Numeracy and IT ability
