We have an exciting opportunity for a junior marketer to join our Marketing team as our National Marketing Coordinator in Wilson Parking.
The position:
This role’s main function is to support the marketing execution of our consumer products and services. Working closely with the National Marketing Manager and wider Retail team, you will ensure marketing campaigns, product launch activities, customer communications, etc. are delivered in a consistent manner. This role will also provide guidance and support to state-based teams to ensure local marketing activities are executed in line with national guidelines. As National Marketing Coordinator, you will develop and maintain a calendar of marketing campaigns and initiatives at a national and state level.
You will collaborate closely with the marketing team, state managers, and external partners to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication and project management skills.
Some key duties include:
• Assist in the development and execution of National Marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with state marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency of messaging, branding, and campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop marketing collateral, content assets, and promotional materials.
• Ensure that marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and are tailored to meet the needs and preferences of target audiences.
• Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials across various channels, including digital platforms, print media, and events.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, consumer insights, and opportunities for growth.
• Compile and analyse marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance, ROI, and effectiveness.
• Assist in managing digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and website content updates.
• Monitor social media platforms for engagement, respond to inquiries, and escalate issues as needed.
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, state marketing teams, and external partners to facilitate collaboration and alignment.
• Communicate marketing strategies, updates, and best practices to state
• teams and provide guidance and support as needed.
