National Marketing Manager

About you
You’re driven, enthusiastic and bring a positive, can-do attitude to every challenge. You also enjoy working as part of a team, manage your time well and have strong attention to detail.

It goes without saying that you have a great grasp of marketing processes and principles, have previous experience with traditional media, digital marketing, social media, email marketing and creating engaging marketing campaigns.

You also know your way around Microsoft Office Suite, SurveyMonkey, MailChimp and Canva - if you have previous experience with Salesforce this is an added bonus.

This is a full-time position which could be flexible or part-time for the right candidate, reporting to the Head of HR & Customer Relations.

About the role

A typical day might see you:

• Manage, create, track and analyse a range of marketing campaigns across a range of channels
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives encompassing SEO, SEM, social media, content creation, blogs, website update
• Lead key projects and initiatives, including our new website 
• Build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external key stakeholders, including our advertising agency
• Supporting franchisees with local area marketing initiatives
• Complete regular website health checks, ensuring accurate and updated content
• Coordinate social media campaign including planning, content writing, scheduling, and performance monitoring
• Reporting marketing results at the monthly Board meeting
• Manage and coordinate research projects, including internal and external surveys
• Management of our National Marketing budget to meet current business objectives
• Act as brand custodian and ensure all marketing activities adhere to brand and style guidelines
  Manage, coach and support of a direct marketing report
