Salary$130-180k DOE plus commission, plus super The Role This role offers a unique leadership opportunity under the Managing Director's guidance, overseeing sales and business development activities. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with sales to attract new business, formulate National Sales plans, and create promotional strategies. Manage sales operations, assist in onboarding new reps, and support skincare business managers. Implement and oversee the company's CRM system, conduct coaching sessions, and develop state business plans. Set KPIs, monitor sales performance, recruit and manage staff, and facilitate training sessions for key customers. Work with the sales team to enhance top account relationships through tailored promotions and conduct monthly business reviews. Requirements: Leadership experience in the Aesthetic and Cosmetic Industry in Australia. Proficiency in devising and executing successful business plans, with strong key account management skills. Track record of coaching high-performing teams and launching products. Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational abilities. Knowledge of healthcare protocols, including formulary management and tender processes. Flexibility to travel within Australia and New Zealand.
