The Role
- National Sales Manager – medical grade skincare and injectables.
- Must be based in Melbourne
- Direct line management of 9 Business Managers and Educators across Australia and New Zealand in skincare and injectables
- Coach and lead team to ensure implementation of marketing strategy, sales and KPI achievement.
- Assist with planning and managing industry events, conferences, and roadshows
- Ability to grow and develop to take on more responsibility
- Sales Management experience in Cosmeceuticals or Aesthetics ideal
- Passsion for Facial Aesthetics and skincare essential!!
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- High quality and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong networking and relationship building skills
- Track record of achievement of sales targets and coaching a high performing team.
- Strong analytical and PC skills (especially excel, database)
- Strong business acumen.
- The ability to travel is crucial, to support and develop your team in field and attend conferences trade shows and industry events
