About the Role
In this key leadership role, National Sales Manager, you’ll have overarching responsibility for the sales team that are driving the performance of our vaccines an nephrology business. You’ll be responsible for the continuous development of our high-performing Sales team through the creation of a strategy and aligned structured planning.
You’ll:
Work with your team to drive an omni-channel approach to engaging with customers
Develop and execute a cross-functional business plan aligned to brand strategy
Drive a culture of sales excellence and continuous improvement
Keep up to speed on developments in the nephrology therapeutic area
Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners; regulatory, medical, and market access.
About you?
To be successful, you’ll be an experiences Sales Leader within the pharmaceutical and/or medical space, with an applied understanding of the Australian reimbursement landscape. You’ll have experience in the specialty sales field, with well-developed financial and commercial acumen.
