We are looking for our next Training Manager to be based at either our Brisbane, Melbourne or Perth locations! We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Training Manager to join our experienced and friendly team. We are looking for someone willing to put in the hard yards to build themselves a long term career.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Full time role
- Build and lead a training team.
- Opportunity to progress – we promote from within.
- Structured training and support provided to assist in success.
- Exposure to the wider national business.
- Deliver training for Accredited Course - HLTPAT005_Collect specimens for drugs of abuse testing.
- Deliver other ancillary training (General Awareness, For Cause).
- Assist in developing our Training Department with new training opportunities.
- Responding to new business opportunities.
- Process training records.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:
- Have Certificate IV in Training & Assessing qualification.
- Have Workplace Drug and Alcohol Testing industry experience.
- Have previous training experience.
- Be highly motivated and ambitious and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment.
- Have great attention to detail.
- Be creative and challenge the way we do things.
- Enjoy and be confident with face-to-face customer interaction.
- A willingness to learn is a must, as is excellent personal presentation.
- Strong internal drive to succeed showing initiative to develop their knowledge.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Medium level of computer literacy.
- Being a team player is paramount!
