They are now seeking a Sales Representative to act as their customer-facing brand ambassador, to work closely with clients assisting them choose and design their new dream home.

About You

First and foremost you will love people and enjoy developing a close working relationship with them  combined with a passion for New Home design.

With a love of New Home building and market trends in the sector, you will have a passion for aligning a client’s lifestyle needs with their New Home design. An empathetic listener, you will build rapport and trust quickly and enjoy working closely on project design with a varied client base.

You will be adept at solution-selling and able to bring your out-of-the-box thinking to develop excellent practical life-style options with budget estimates to New Home buyers.  You will be focused on quality sales and hungry to succeed and meet your KPIs by actively chasing leads.

Well organised, you will have a strong eye for detail with the ability to consolidate ideas into accurate plans, proposals and contracts.  As a foil to this, you will also have a creative mind, one that enjoys design options and colour blends.

A team player you will enjoy assisting those you work with.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate, property development, or construction industry 
  • Sales experience – excellent solution-selling an negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
  • Able to read and mark up construction plans
  • Proven ability at building strong relationships
  • Willingness to work weekends and public holidays – your weekend will be during the working week
  • Full driving license
  • Computer literate and fully conversant with MS Office
  • Proven ability to build and track sales pipelines

About the Role

The Sales Representative plays a crucial role in the success of our business by driving sales and forging meaningful connections with potential homebuyers. 

As a brand ambassador, you will be responsible for nurturing leads, understanding clients' requirements, guiding them through the homebuying journey, and ultimately closing deals. 

This role demands a dynamic and motivated individual who thrives in a target-driven environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Working Saturday through to Wednesday, you will primarily be located in a display home in Officer.  However, you will also be required to travel to meet prospective clients and attend weekly team meeting at our client’s offices.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead generation – proactively identify and generate new sales opportunities through a variety of channels and stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments and competitor activities.
  • Client relationship management – build and maintain strong relationships with potential homebuyers building a rapport and understanding of their budget and home requirements. 
  • Home sales – acquire and maintain an in-depth understanding of product offering including features, specifications and customisations.  Engage in consultative selling guiding clients through the homebuying process offering expert and informed advice.
  • Contract negotiation and reporting – skilfully negotiate pricing, terms asnd contracts to close deals and maintain excellent reporting records including client interactions, sales progress and associated documentation.
