$65-70k SuperHybrid (Once trained)Social and supportive environment, free gym membership!WOW Recruitment are seeking a Night Shift Call Centre Operator to work the Night Shift (11pm - 6am or 10pm - 6am) for our Logistics based client in Macquarie Park. The role is initially office based while training then transitioning to a 11pm-6am hybrid shift. You will be:Answering a high volume of phone calls
Booking and amending orders and communicating changes with involved parties
Ensuring accurate and timely data entry into the operating system
Assisting Coordinators/Allocators with queries and changes to jobs
Responding to customer queries including pricing and quoting jobs
Maintaining relationships with carriers and customers
Providing general administration and operational support
Contributing to the improvement of policies and procedures
Skills required:Permanent Resident of AustraliaMinimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service/Call Centre role
Logistics experience preferred but not required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and emails
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and effectively prioritise workload
Good attention to detail
Taking ownership of tasks and following them through to completion
