Non-Executive Director

Blackbird Minerals, a Brazilian prospect generator targeting uranium and rare earths, is seeking a Non-Executive Director to join its board of directors.

As a Non-Executive Director, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the strategic direction of the company and providing valuable insights into the mining industry.

 Your experience in capital raising will be instrumental in supporting the company's growth initiatives and securing financing for its exploration and development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic guidance and oversight to the management team.
• Review and approve key corporate decisions, including capital expenditures and financing strategies.
• Contribute expertise in mining, with a focus on uranium and rare earths, to inform exploration and development activities.
• Assist in building strategic partnerships and alliances to support the company's objectives.
• Participate actively in board meetings and provide constructive feedback to management.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in the mining industry, with a focus on uranium and rare earths.
• Proven track record of success in capital raising, including experience with public offerings, private placements, and debt financing.
• Previous board experience.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
