The Job….
Reporting through to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Identifying new business opportunities across the NSW portfolio
- Building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients, potential clients, and industry partners.
- Developing detailed growth strategies & plans to facilitate the attainment of goals & targets.
- Generating new leads & nurturing these leads to bring them to fruition.
- Negotiating terms with clients and partners and closing deals that are beneficial for all parties involved.
- Understanding the company's products or services in-depth and being able to articulate how they can solve problems or enhance the client's business.
- Working closely with other departments to ensure aligned and cohesive strategies.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the below areas and possess the following personal qualities:
- Minimum 2 years experience working as a Business Development Manager within the finance sector.
- Experience working in the automotive sector is advantageous.
- Ability to leverage established relationships across the introducer market.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
