Become part of a wider allied health team in either or both physical and mental health depending on your area of interest. Provide individuals and their families with broader care team support by working as part of a multidisciplinary team and across funding sources, inclusive of aged care and or NDIS. Assist the teams by using your clinical skills, assessment skills and communication skills. Further develop your skills, confidence and knowledge through individualised ongoing learning and development opportunities including clinical and line management supervision, practice reviews and case conferences.
