Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate supplier orders to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Facilitate communication and coordination between trades, contractors, and external professionals
- Manage project details and progress through Monday.com
- Assist in administrative tasks related to project documentation and correspondence
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administration or project coordination roles preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using project management tools such as Monday.com (or willingness to learn)
- Knowledge of the construction or roofing industry is a plus
