Reporting to the Head of Administration, this position will be responsible for the following:
- Responsible for onboarding of staff to Sydney branch including temporary accommodation arrangements, all leasing matters, property budget, legal reviews etc.
- On a monthly basis provide confirmation of all leasing payments to HR ensuring accuracy of costs and including new, changed and terminated lease information.
- Responsible for exiting staff ensuring lease terminated in timely manner to avoid unnecessary expenditure.
- Facilities management including and general office maintenance.
- Assistance with service contracts for Administration vendors.
- Assistance with record keeping, tracking due dates, for other departmental service provider/vendor contracts.
To be successful you will have the following experience, skills and qualifications.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an office administrator.
- Experience in handling a broad range of Office Administration and including lease and facilities management matters.
- Strong time management skills.
- Superior level of accuracy and attention to detail.
