About the role - We are currently seeking a professional forward thinking person to join our administration team. This position requires you to work as part of the team in a busy College office environment, serving the needs of students and families in our large community.
Typical duties may include, but not limited to:
- sick bay and first aide
- student absentee recording
- student and parent liaison
- data entry
- correspondence
- switchboard
- parent enquiries
- BlueCard and volunteer register
- distribution of mail, parcel collection / deliveries
- relief staff sign in/out plus various other duties
- various other administration tasks as required by Senior Leadership
About you -
- A high level of communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Prior experience with eMinerva Student Administration System.
- Relevant experience in a similar position within a school would be advantageous.
- The successful applicant should hold, or be prepared to obtain a Senior First Aid Certificate.

- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
