Your new role
In this role you will be supporting project operations, administration and customer service. This is a hands on role and requires assistance to employees and customers across the business. In this role, the key accountabilities will be the following:
To generate monthly reporting including materials costs incurred, job forecasts and job status reports
Generate monthly contract progress claims and job invoicing in accordance with individual contractual requirements
Create contract variation forms and contract control card in accordance with company policy, and enter and maintain all necessary records to support financial auditing of individual job records
Maintain and update electronic and hard copy filing/database systems for all activities undertaken.
Create new and update existing file records as required.
Process, distribute and record mail and communications for the project as required
Conduct project work to support the activities of the project managers, supervisors and on site staff
What you'll need to succeed
Formal administration qualification (preferred but not required)
At least 2 years' experience in a similar role, supporting a team
Proven experience communicating to employees at all levels, customers and suppliers
High level of computer literacy including high level of competency in MS Office suite
Proven ability to plan and prioritise own work
Able to provide effective customer service and using resolution including over the phone, email and in person
