JCS Electrical contractors has an exciting opportunity available for a motivated admin officer to join our team in the Gold Coast. Your position will be based in our Gold Cost office. This is a permanent/full time position with multiple options to progress in your career.

Experience, skills and qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administration position
- Invoicing and accounts payable/receivable experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Sound PC skills
- Good communication
- Attention to detail
- Admin experience in the automotive industry a bonus
- Good phone manner
Duties include:
- Answering phones
- Booking in customers
- Job card retention
- Customer Service
- Invoicing and receipting
