Office Administrator

New Era Lawyers is a progressive law firm now looking for a bright, enthusiastic and dynamic office all-rounder to join our team at our office in Mooloolaba. The person we are looking for is a leader who can learn quickly and take the reins to ensure the office is running efficiently.

The role is ideally 5 days per week. We will consider part-time requests (please state in your cover letter what your preference is).

Working within the admin team, the role is varied – you’ll never be bored! It includes some aspects of:

• Administration
• Finance
• HR
• IT
• Project work
• Compliance
• Support to lawyers

• have experience in previous business administration roles (ideally within the legal industry)
• have excellent organisation and communication skills
• have excellent attention to detail
• be quick to learn and proficient at task management
• have strong problem-solving skills
• be proficient in Microsoft office applications
• be able to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
• be personable and professional with our clients
• ideally have strong IT skills
• have a great sense of humour
• have excellent word processing and writing skills
• have own car and driver's licence, as some local trips are required
