ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE
Provide excellent customer service and experience for our families
Greet the families and direct them to the appropriate classrooms
Conduct administrative duties, including data entry, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents
Provide administrative support for the operations team
Maintain electronic database
Handle requests for information and data
Resolve administrative problems and enquiries
Assist prospective customers with their queries
Work closely with the centre manager for customer management and campus growth
SCHEDULE
School term hours: 4 weekdays (8:30am – 5:30pm); and Saturday morning (8:30am-1:00pm)
School holiday hours: 5 weekdays (8:30am – 5:00pm)
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
Proven work experience as a sales and/or administrative representative
Demonstrated initiative and drive to contribute to a growing organisation
Ability to work independently, inter-dependently and collaboratively
Highly motivated and target driven
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficient knowledge of Office Suites
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to problem solve
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
The right to work in Australia without restriction: citizen or permanent resident
Prior experience working with children (highly advantageous!)
Valid Working with Children Check
A bachelor’s degree or a diploma
Ability to speak multiple languages is highly regarded
