Office Administrator – Valve & Instrumentation Engineering Solutions Company – Canning Vale WA
As a Global leader in Engineered valving and instrumentation solutions, we are looking for a vibrant and energetic individual to join our WA Canning Vale office team in the vacant position of Office Administrator. Reporting to the WA State manager, your duties will included general day to day duties such as
- Incoming phone calls from clients, and directing these to the relevant sales and engineering personnel.
- Order entry on our Pronto System ( experience on this platform advantageous, however, training will be provided)
- Order expediting through communication with the head office team.
- Maintaining order entry records in excel format on a weekly basis.
- Liaise with clients on delivery ETAs
- Supporting the internal sales function and external sales team.
We offer the normal industry super and leave benefits, and salary will be negotiated based on experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will be offered full training on all the systems associated with the roll offered. Please note that only candidates with full Australian residency status need apply.
