We currently have an opening in our administration and accounts team, reporting directly to the Administration Manager. The successful applicant will have a good work ethic, a desire to be part of a progressive service team with ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will.
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Have previous experience in this or similar rolls.
- Have a willingness to learn and work within a team.
Desirable qualities/experience.
- Collating reports on jobs carried out by field staff personnel.
- Scheduling field staff
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Project administration management experience would be an advantage.
- Data entry experience with good keyboard speed and accuracy.
- Competent computer skills with knowledge in Excel and Word
- Experience with Simpro, Xero or other service-based programs.
About your new position.
- Fulltime, Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week, 7am to 3.30pm.
- Permanent Cairns based position in a clean and modern office area.
- Primarily focussed on supporting our key account managers handling commercial work flow with some general purchasing and sales data entry.
- Permanent annual salary range of $68 - 80k Pa plus superannuation.
