Office Administrator

Microwave Safety Systems Pty Ltd ( est 1995) requires an Office Administrator for our small but busy office in Croydon (Sydney) .  Commencement May 2024. 

Duties include: Customer Service, Roster management for technicians, Report and Invoice Generating.    

• 30 hours per week over 5 days 
•  Flexible workingarrangements. 9:00am – 3:00pm 

Applicants must have

1. Minimum 7 years experience as an Office Administrator.

2. Excellent Customer Service & Admin Office Skills,

3. Excellent phone manner with Business-English linguistic skills.

4. Current computing experience and use of  Excel, Word,Outlook, MYOB 

6. An ability to work with others and autonomously in a harmonious environment 

7. Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
