About the position
This is a full time role with working hours of Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Our team is seeking an Office Administrator to assist with:
- General Administration Tasks such as fielding incoming enquiries via phone, email and online chat
- Process invoicing and generating service reports
- Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail & freight
- Administrative support to Service Department assisting with technicians schedules and spare part allocation
- Liaising with customers and suppliers via phone and email
- General housekeeping - maintaining a clean and tidy office environment
