Kaffeina Group has been in operation since 2013 and is the parent company for a number of businesses and brands. We are a 100% Australian-owned family business with a custom-built coffee roasting facility encompassing over 1200 square meters of warehouse and factory space. Our brands include:
- Ublend,
- 36th parallel coffee and
- the little guy espresso maker.
Qualifications & experience
- Excellent phone manner and relationship-building skills.
- Takes initiative and is able to work collaboratively as part of a team
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Must be competent in Microsoft Office, data entry and Xero.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Willingness to help, learn and a positive attitude.
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Solutions-oriented with the ability to resolve issues & complaints in a professional & effective manner
- Onsite role located at our coffee roastery and warehouse in Coburg North, Victoria.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Answering phones, answering customer and business customer enquiries.
- Processing credit card payments, orders and invoices.
- Liaising with warehouse staff regarding the dispatch of orders and the receipt of goods.
- Order entry, data entry and bookkeeping. Must have knowledge of XERO accounting software.
- Banking accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Following up on unpaid accounts.
- General admin and PA services to the management team.
- B2B and B2C order fulfilment.
- Managing social media.
- Office administration.
