MVO Services is the leading Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Electrical company in Bundaberg and Hervey Bay employing over 35 people and has been in business for approx 20 years. We are seeking an Office Administrator to work in our Bundaberg office.
Candidates should possess excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, time management skills, have the ability to multi-task, be good communicators. Candidates must be able to work well in a team and with our company management, sales, technicians and our customers. An ability to prioritise an ever changing workload is essential, as well as the ability to retain information and "think on your feet". Strong interpersonal skills and sound written and verbal communication skills are also essential.
Duties include:
- Liase with our customers and raise jobs in our Simpro job scheduling and management system
- Prepare quotations and follow up with clients
- General office and administrative duties
- Full systems and process training will be provided
The successful candidate will be required to pass a national criminal history check.
