About us

Wedgelock is a leading supplier of excavator attachments for the civil earthmoving, general contracting and forestry industries. Our products are proudly manufactured in New Zealand and exported throughout the World.

Wedgelock Australia Pty Limited’s warehouse, based in Yatala, QLD, needs a versatile Office Administrator/Business Support person to join our close knit team.
About the role:
This full-time role would suit someone adaptable, energetic and keen to learn. You’ll be working within a small but growing team. You will need to provide the business with day-to-day administrative support plus ensure the smooth running of the office and warehouse. Your day will be super busy and filled with juggling multiple tasks, including:
 

  • Being a key point of contact for clients
  • Overseeing our H&S policies and other compliance policies
  • Reporting and keeping track of inwards correspondence 
  • Assisting with general order processing and invoicing 
  • Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Other general administrative tasks

Our ideal person
 

  • You will have proven experience working in a similar role ideally 3+ years
  • Highly organised with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Can take ownership and show initiative
  • Technically savvy, with intermediate to advanced Office Suite skills
